Prior to Gulf Wealth Trading he served as an Executive Director at Fiducia Capital, the DIFC, Dubai based wealth management & investment banking firm. Previously, he worked as an Executive Director at the European Islamic Investment Bank (EIIB), a London based investment bank. Prior to that, he worked for Samba Financial Group for 10 years where he successfully established its presence in Dhahran, Saudi Aramco, and immediately after that, established Samba Financial Group presence in Dubai, UAE. Mr. Alzayer is a contributing freelance writer to Forbes, Arabian Business & Entrepreneur magazines.

Medhat Alzayer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management-BBA from University of Arkansas at Little Rock, USA and a post graduate degree in Hospitality Management from Cornell University, USA.
